I am not aware of any Christian DVDs teaching on growing resources. Starting a small group on this topic is an awesome calling.
Here is what I recommend for your small group. Bring the group together and start talking about each man’s passion. How can you tap the passion God has given each one of you in order to form businesses. Each man will have ideas and insight that will help the group. Have each man research different topics and bring it back to the group. Topics like business plans, grants, SBA loans, demographic studies, and raising capital.
You can have NO fear of loss. The third servant in the parable of the talents had fear. Teach the men to trust God for all their daily needs. He will provide. Teach them to surrender all of their resources to God. Your homes must become the servant’s qourters.
Give big. When you give it demonstrates your faith in God. His Word is true. Don’t judge the resources each man has under his management at this point. God can make a lot out of what appears to be nothing.
Remember, whatever you commit to God will succeed. Commit what you do to God and don’t judge success. If it is committed to God, it is succeeding. (Proverbs 16:3)

Charge the giant fearlessly just as David did. God will do miracles.

I am a business and financial coach. I am currently teaching a series at a men’s breakfast on “trusting God in difficult financial times” at Carson Valley Christian Center in Minden Nevada.
The material I teach is based on financial principles found in the Word of God. I believe it is most suited for Christians who are more on the mature side and want to elevate their commitment to Christ by committing all their talents and resources to God.
Our motive to increase the resources God has put under our management is critical. I believe this should be founded in prayer and accountability. This helps eliminate the influence of money on our lives. Money can often influence believers in Christ through fear and greed.
In order to be disciples of Jesus Christ we must give Him everything and follow Him. This means God owns everything. My family and I realize we live in the servants courters and manage the resources He has put under our management.
God has plans to prosper us. I believe the parable of the talents demonstrates that God wants us to increase the resources He has put under our management. It is most important to remember the resources belong to Him and should be used for serving Him.
Here are some concepts from “A God-Made Millionaire”.
God owns everything.
Money is labor.
God wants at least a 10% return on His resources.
God wants the resources He has put under our management to grow.
We must trust God.
Poor vs. Wealthy mindset.
Stewardship
Budgeting/investing
I also do a live online training using a PowerPoint presentation.
